We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us - close to the city center but without the noise and crowds. The staff were very informative and understanding, especially when our travel plans got disrupted. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and very clean. We were able to keep our bags in our rooms for longer, which was a huge help since we had a late afternoon flight. The building itself was beautiful, and we really appreciated the instructions provided to help us find our way from the entrance to our apartment.

The location of our apartment was simply incredible, giving us easy access to the waterfront, Albert docks, and museums. We loved being close to the city center without all the hassle of noise and crowds. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful outside building. Although the interior was not as impressive, we appreciated the amenities such as the reliable wi-fi, electric kettle, cookware, and flat-screen TV. The express check-in and check-out options made our stay even more convenient. Plus, there were fantastic nearby facilities like a bowling alley and a restaurant. We were also grateful that pets were allowed in the apartment, and the strict no-smoking policy ensured a clean atmosphere.

The owner was extremely helpful and understanding when we encountered travel delays, providing clear instructions for finding our apartment. The communication leading up to our stay was excellent. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and spacious, with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and readily available to assist us if needed.
